At Track & Field, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible products within 4 days of delivery.
Returns must be requested within 4 days of delivery
Product must be returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
The item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling
An unboxing video and clear product photos are mandatory for all claims

Free — when the issue is caused by us (wrong item, damaged in delivery, missing item, manufacturing defect)
₹150 pickup fee — for customer-side reasons (size issue, changed mind, quality issue, other)
Submit your return request within 4 days of delivery
Upload your unboxing video and product photos
Admin reviews and approves the request
Pay pickup fee (if applicable) and schedule reverse pickup
Product undergoes quality inspection at our warehouse
Refund is credited to your TRACK Wallet after QC passes
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection. The refund will be credited to your TRACK Wallet, which can be used on future orders.
