Return & Refund

Return the product and receive the amount as TRACK Wallet credit after QC passes.

What's included

Eligible within 4 days of delivery
Unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims
Clear product photos required
Refund credited to TRACK Wallet after QC passes
Free returns for store errors (wrong / damaged / missing item)
₹150 pickup fee for customer-side reasons (size, changed mind, etc.)

Process

1Submit your return request within 4 days of delivery
2Upload your unboxing video and product photos
3Admin reviews and approves your request
4Pay the pickup fee (if applicable) and schedule reverse pickup
5Product undergoes QC at our warehouse
6Refund is credited to your TRACK Wallet after QC pass

Option 2

Replacement

Same product — new size or color. You choose the variant after your item passes QC.

Same product with a different size or color
You pick the new variant only after your item passes QC
Unboxing video + product photos are mandatory
Free for store errors (damaged, defective, wrong item sent)
₹150 pickup fee for size or color changes
New variant ships after QC pass and admin confirmation

4Pay the ₹150 pickup fee (if applicable)
5Product undergoes QC at our warehouse
6Choose your preferred size / color from available stock
7New variant is shipped after admin confirmation

Option 3

Exchange

Swap for a completely different product. The amount is credited to your TRACK Wallet after QC, and you use it to buy any product.

Use wallet balance to buy any product from the store
₹150 exchange pickup fee — applies every time
Unboxing video + product photos are mandatory

Unboxing video — recorded at the time of opening the package
Clear photos of the product showing the issue
Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
